Hometown completed the installation of our on-demand hot water system. Single mom. Had an emergency with the pressure tank in my house. The pressure tank had a hole in it and was spraying water everywhere. After calling about 7 different company's/plumbers Jay responded. He came right over (7:30pm) and assessed the problem. Sent his tech guy out (Matt ) the next morning (Sunday) and had it fixed in 2 1/2 hrs. Also changed out my hot water in and out pipes. Because they were bad too. I highly recommend this company for fast and exceptional customer service.
